Wees welkom tijdens deze zinderende interventie, waar hitte en geur elkaar omarmen langs de kant van de rivier. Op 30 mei vertellen dichter Iduna Paalman en parfummaker en geurontwerper Frank Bloem het verhaal van de geurende stad in de Kuuma Sauna. In kleine groepen ontvouwt zich een intieme ervaring waarin geur, poëzie en lichamelijke sensatie samenkomen. Een zintuiglijke ontmoeting waarin herinnering, verbeelding en de stad zelf langzaam voelbaar worden. Tijdens deze interventie worden de Verboden Vruchten van Schiemond geplukt.

On May 30, poet Iduna Paalman and perfumer and scent designer Frank Bloem tell the tale of smell in the sweltering Kuuma Sauna, where the boundaries between body and space intertwine. In this Extra Space series, we invite you to explore the city in a sensual way by seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and feeling. Extra Space offers room for evocative stories for and about Rotterdam. Through these urban tales, we come together to listen to music, to dance, to walk, to flirt or to share a meal. Experience the softer side of the city with us through surprising stories in unexpected places. In small groups, an intimate experience unfolds where scent, poetry and physical sensation intertwine. Memory, imagination and the city slowly reveal themselves through heat, smell and story.
